Microsoft 365 Copilot + AI Masterclass for End Users
Even if you’ve never written a line of code, the buzz around AI-powered apps and agents has probably caught your attention. This workshop is designed for information workers, professionals, end-users, and enthusiasts who want to explore out-of-the-box AI capabilities and learn how to use them to innovate and streamline their workflows. Join Liz Sundet and Gokan Ozcifci, seasoned presenters who have delivered numerous tutorials together. In this hands-on tutorial, you'll gain valuable insights, best practices, and real-world examples that you can apply immediately. We’ll kick off with an in-depth look at Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. You’ll explore the architecture, design, use cases, and practical prompt strategies through guided, interactive scenarios. Next, we’ll dive into AI features in SharePoint—like Autofill, Custom AI Models, and Taxonomy Tagging—and wrap up the first half with the latest AI-powered capabilities in Microsoft Teams, including transcription, smart notes, and more. The tutorial will continue with a deep dive into Agents—how to use them effectively, configure them for your environment, and apply proper governance to ensure secure and scalable adoption. From there, we’ll explore the AI Builder capabilities in Power Platform, demonstrating how to infuse AI prompts and AI models into your Apps and Flows to enhance automation and decision-making. AI prompts are natural language instructions that direct how the AI functions, while AI models are pre-trained tools that can analyse data, make predictions, or automate tasks, all without needing to write any code. The tutorial will conclude with an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, providing you with the opportunity to have your questions answered live. All attendees will also receive handouts and exercises to help continue the learning journey long after the workshop ends.

Develop Declarative Agents to Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot to Get the Most Out of Your Investment!
You've rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot and now your organization has entered the AI revolution.
Mission accomplished... or is it?
Out of the box, Microsoft 365 Copilot only has access to the underlying LLM's baseline knowledge and some content in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
But most companies have valuable data outside Microsoft 365—manuals, standard operating procedures, policies, inventory systems, ERPs, CRMs, sales data, and more!
After learning how copilot works, you’ll learn how to unlock copilot's power by extending its knowledge and teaching it new skills! From populating the semantic index with unstructured content using Microsoft Graph connectors to creating actions and implementing RAG patterns for real-time relational data access, you'll make copilot truly yours!
This workshop for full-stack developers focuses on creating declarative agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot to implement specific scenarios. You'll learn how to build scalable enterprise solutions without additional Copilot Studio licensing costs. Follow along as I build these connections, APIs, actions, and custom agents...or roll up your sleeves and build your own using your Microsoft 365 tenant and Microsoft 365 Copilot license!

Out‑of‑the‑Box Impact: First‑Party Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot
First‑party agents are Microsoft-built, purpose‑built assistants embedded directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot —designed to take on specialized roles and accelerate decisions and execution. In this 70‑minute session, you’ll see what’s available “out of the box,” how to discover them via the Agent Store. We’ll also cover the admin view: how IT can enable, manage, allow/block, and scale agent access in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

SharePoint Agents – Bringing Focused AI to Your SharePoint Content
SharePoint Agents offer a powerful and cost-effective way to let AI securely answer questions about your SharePoint content. In this session, you'll learn how to set up and configure SharePoint Agents, understand their licensing considerations, and explore practical tips for getting the most out of them. I'll also walk through a live example of creating an agent from scratch and share a free starter template you can use to deploy your own in your SharePoint site.

Secure and Govern agents with Microsoft Agent 365
As agents become ubiquitous, organizations need the right controls to deploy them securely and at scale. In this demo-driven session, you'll learn how Microsoft Agent 365 helps IT and security teams secure and govern agents across Microsoft and Ecosystem partner platforms. Through real-world scenarios and demonstrations, we'll explore how to discover and inventory agents, protect sensitive data, defend against AI-related threats, apply governance and compliance controls throughout the agent lifecycle, and gain visibility into agent activity, risk, and ownership. Whether you're evaluating your first agents or managing an enterprise-wide deployment, this session will provide practical guidance for adopting agents with confidence.

Agent 365 and the New Frontier of Managing Agents
We’ve entered a new era of automation – one where agents are being created faster than most organizations can effectively manage them. With the rise of Agent 365, the question is no longer can we build agents, but how do we govern them responsibly and at scale.
This session explores the evolving role of Agent 365 as a foundational tool for understanding, managing, and governing agents across the enterprise. We’ll walk through the key features of Agent 365, highlighting which insights matter, what data is most valuable, and where organizations should focus first to avoid sprawl.
Not every agent is created equal – and they shouldn’t all be governed the same way. Attendees will learn how to design a practical agent governance framework that balances oversight with innovation, aligns risk to agent impact, and adapts as agents mature. We’ll also discuss how to meet the growing demands of agent makers who want meaningful telemetry, transparency, and performance data without slowing down delivery.
Whether you’re just beginning to inventory your agents or actively managing a growing agent ecosystem, this session will help you move from reactive monitoring to intentional, scalable agent governance – using Agent 365 as a key enabler.

Operationalizing Agents at Scale: The Agentic COE Playbook
How do you operationalize Copilot Agents at scale? In this session, we'll share the Agentic COE Playbook developed through deep work with global customers, covering the structures, roles, guardrails, and operating rhythms needed to move from isolated experiments to enterprise-wide agent adoption. If your organization is building Copilot Agents with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Connectors, M365 data, WorkIQ, or strategic SDC integrations, this session provides a practical blueprint to accelerate value.

Give Your Declarative Agent Superpowers: Microsoft Graph as an API Plugin, Zero Code Required
You've built a Declarative Agent. It answers questions. It references SharePoint documents. But what if it could do things, like create and update items in a SharePoint list, without writing or deploying a single line of backend code?
Here's the secret: Microsoft Graph is a REST API. API plugins connect Declarative Agents to REST APIs. You don't need a custom backend to unlock these capabilities. You just need the right configuration.
In this session, I'll walk through building a custom action that reads from and writes to a SharePoint list via the Microsoft Graph, using two approaches: a hand-crafted OpenAPI Description and TypeSpec, both through the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit in VS Code. Once you see the pattern for SharePoint, you'll know exactly how to wire up any Graph endpoint your scenarios require.
