Masterclass: The Power Platform Governance

Gokan Ozcifci

Gokan Ozcifci

Consultant. Entrepreneur. Microsoft Regional Director & MVP.

The Microsoft Power Platform facilitates rapid organizational agility, but uncontrolled growth creates environment sprawl, critical DLP failures, and mounting technical debt. This masterclass, presented by Gokan and Mike, is for Power Platform Administrators, Citizen Developers, CoE Leads, and Enterprise Architects, focused on maximizing innovation while rigorously controlling premium service consumption.

We move beyond foundational strategy to implement sophisticated control mechanisms utilizing premium features. This includes deploying Managed Environments for granular security and access control. A significant focus will be placed on the design and implementation of Advanced Data Policies to enforce least privilege, and on the Environment Strategy. Finally, we establish guardrails for Premium Feature Governance, track usage of AI Builder credits, monitor RPA, and optimize Power Platform Request consumption to manage costs. Attendees will leave with a technical blueprint for a mature governance framework that leverages premium features to become a strategic technical enabler for secure, scalable innovation.
