Content is king...its a mantra applied in the past and still applies today. Even with the evolution of AI-based generative systems like Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Search, success and failure often still comes down to the quality and understandability of your content.

In this session, Virgil will look at how the AI-based tool landscape is challenging our content practices and identify strategies we can implement to create better 'understandability' of our information through better organizational and information practices.

In this session, Virgil will compare and contrast the two types of search (traditional vs generative) and help you ask the question...what if they could work together to be better? Your solution for better searchability and collaboration in your organization does not have to be a one tool for everything type approach, but instead using each tool strengths to build a better, more useful solution.
